- Sweetcorn Earlibird is one of the earliest super sweet varieties currently available which has 2-3 times the sugar level of ordinary varieties
- It produces a good yield of high quality cobs, approximately 20cm in length, with 16 rows of small grains
- This is probably the best variety to grow in most UK situations, as it has early maturity, as well as superb taste and texture
- Earlibird can usually be picked from end August onwards, and has good holding ability, so you can pick the cobs over several weeks
