Small Bat Box - Suited For Common UK Bats
This box is ideally suited to UK's small crevice dwelling Common Bats (soprano pipistrelles).
All of our bat boxes are built with guidance from The Wildlife Trust, an independent charity to ensure that they are suitable for comfortable bat habitation.
The rough textured 15mm wide crevice chamber inside the box provides a large surface area for roosting. Use these boxes side by side in a terraced fashion to encourage more bats.
The precision engineered design ensures close fitting joins to eliminate light and draft leaks.
Grooved 'bat ladders' on the front allow easier access for bats.
The open bottomed design is such that our boxes are self cleaning. Once installed they need no maintenance.
Each box comes with fixings, and fitting instructions for easy installation.
